Due to our expanding workload Waterman’s Infrastructure & Environment team is currently recruiting for an experienced flood risk engineer, ideally with hydraulic modelling experience. Whilst predominantly based in London, the role will include regular co-operation and inter-office working with other regional teams.
The core role is to produce FRAs for development projects in accordance with the NPPF, including outline drainage/SuDS strategies and hydraulic modelling. We also provide due diligence flood risk advice to landowners and undertake flood studies in the public sector.

You will be working towards or have achieved a relevant professional qualification. You will be part of a small but growing team and will be expected to run your own projects from start to finish with support from the rest of the team, as well as providing support to others through mentoring.
